Job Summary
To direct and lead Regional and/or Center operations (production and administrative) of the assigned Region(s) by establishing and maintaining company goals and standards for performance, growth and world class customer service through activities and services to support and measure the success of individual centers and overall region

Essential Job Duties

  • Source and recruit qualified candidates for potential employment; establish pipeline for recruiting high quality talent 
  • Provide direction and leadership to ensure all Caliber locations to include acquired, brownfields and greenfields are fully operational and integrated to the Caliber culture.
    • Provide clear expectations and necessary tools, training & information for each Center Manager
    • Ensure all steps in the Owner’s Manual are understood, implemented and consistently applied
    • Establish specific performance metrics and hold CMs accountable through feedback & timely reviews
    • Recognize and reward good performance through timely and specific feedback; encourage teammate professional growth & career development
    • Identify, analyze & correct negative business trends using tools such as monthly Scorecard reviews and S.M.A.R.T. action plans for CMs to address systemic and tactical issues
    • Resolve center customer & client opportunities in a timely manner
    • Mitigate risk; recognize and proactively manage potential issues: Teammate, Safety, Client, Facility, etc.
  • Develop “on the ground” relationships with potential acquisition and brownfield targets in support of the Chief Development Officer, including
  • Source, grow and maintain regional client & dealership relationships; capitalize on market opportunities
  • Performs other duties as assigned
Skill/Requirements
  • Previous Regional Manager experience with Caliber or other similar auto collision repair organization required
  • Self-started, ability to work independently
  • Effective problem-solving skills; strong analytic skills
  • Excellent internal and external sales and customer service skills; Personable, friendly demeanor with “World Class” customer service approach to internal and external customers
  • Excellent communication skills; verbal and written
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • Team Player
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under Caliber’s insurance policy (Not an excluded driver)
  • Satisfactory completion of a criminal background check
  • Ability to effectively communicate with others, oral and written
  • Ability to read and understand basics of repair instructions, written estimates and work orders
  • Maintain a well groomed, professional appearance
  • Must be able to sit for long periods of time and use/read computer keyboard and screen
  • Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, kneel , push/pull, crouch, and reach frequently
  • Occasionally exposed to fumes, airborne particles, and/or caustic chemicals
  • Moderate noise levels in this working environment
  • Occasionally exposed to hot, cold, wet or humid conditions
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds
