Job Summary
Responsible for acting as a point of contact for facilitating administrative solutions within the lease administration department between departments such as real estate/accounting/legal and landlords/tenants/vendors; maintaining the real estate administration database and file organization

Essential Job Duties

  • Organizes and distributes landlord communications to lease administrators
  • Sets up and maintains closing binders and active lease files on network
  • Obtains insurance certificates for landlords
  • Reviews and abstracts leases - processes and maintains all pertinent data in the lease administration real estate and transaction tracking databases
  • Prepares and distributes critical date reports; maintains tickler system for tracking important dates and tasks
  • Generates standard and develops ad hoc reports utilizing the real estate administration database report writing software
  • Prepares check requests and vendor payment approval documents
  • Performs other miscellaneous real estate administration requirements and related duties as assigned
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 2 experience in Lease Administration, Real Estate Accounting or Property Management
  • Ability to work in team environment
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to process work quickly, accurately and with changing priorities
  • Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to landlords and teammates and effectively present information
  • High proficiency in MS Office products
  • Preference give for experience with a Lease Administration software applications such as CoStar (Virtual Premise)
