Job Summary
Primarily responsible for contract fulfillment and accurate sales orders and invoicing; also provide support to management and sales and communicate to customers to ensure customer satisfaction.

Essential Job Duties

  • Respond to employee and customer inquiries regarding Retail Scanning Model
  • Maintain communication link between customers, sales, upper management and other departments
  • Research and resolve errors, and refer to appropriate department for further resolution if necessary
  • Resolve complaints or disputes by investigating issues and facilitating responses
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all activity in account - monitor customers usage and determine if the customers are meeting a min requirement per the contract and invoice the difference every month to the customer
  • Create and update users in multiple systems to ensure accuracy
  • Review contracts and enter customer details and payment terms in Workday
  • Enter sales orders and customer invoices
  • Manage shipping and tracking information on sales orders
  • Process and record payments
  • Assist in billing changes or corrections
  • Monitor accounts for non-payments related to contracts
  • Research and approve customer disputed invoices
  • Collaborate with other departments to help process workflow and ensure customer needs are met
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management
  • Other duties as assigned
  • High school Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 5 years customer service experience
  • Workday experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Must provide excellent customer service
  • Must have professional phone etiquette
  • Ability to multitask
