Associate Center Manager

- Assist in the forecasting of goals and objectives for the Center and strive to meet them
- Hire, train, motivate, counsel and monitor the performance of all Center staff
- Demonstrates a great ability to lead others to achieve success
- Supervise the sales, overall production and administration of the center
- Ensure that every associate follows all Caliber standards, policies and procedures
- Frequently, review estimates to ensure accuracy and compliance with Company and Client guidelines
- Monitor closed jobs and gross profits of the center, communicate trends to the Center Manager
- Ensure DRP accounts are managed properly and regularly communicated to the Center Manager
- Monitor the performance of each associate and provide timely and specific feedback to the associate and the Center Manager
- Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company's Vision, Mission and Values in all interactions with associates, customers, clients and vendors
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with other departments, insurance adjusters and customers to encourage repeat and referral business
- Comply with all Caliber safety rules, guidelines and standards
- Perform other related duties as assigned to ensure an efficient, effective, and profitable center.
